On November 1st, four distinguished and provocative thinker-scholar-activists —Denis Hayes, Elizabeth Yeampierre, Juliet Schor and Tim DeChristopher –will discuss ways in which a U.S. carbon tax could transform Americans’ beliefs and practices regarding consumption, energy use and the natural world, and also re-connect the environmental movement to wild nature, community and diversity.
